Consultation
Consultation is a one on one conversation with Jennie, specifically focused on quieting mental chatter to get in touch with emotional intelligence and the intuitive mind. Jennie consults families, companies and individuals world wide via telephone, FaceTime, WhatsApp, Zoom Chat and Skype.
Mentoring
Personal Mentoring programs offer students depth training in energy management, mindfulness, creative process and meditation. Participants engage in daily practices to deepen self awareness and have direct access to Jennie in between sessions. 3, 6 and 12 month courses offered.
Energy Work
Jennie is an internationally certified Master Healer, trained in Usui, Seichem and Karuna systems of REIKI. Energy work sessions promote deep relaxation and clear obstructions in the physical and emotional bodies as well as the mind. In-Person and Distance Healing treatments available.
Journeywork
Journeywork sessions use medicinal tea ceremony, alpha breathing technique and guided visualization to access deep psyche and restore original aspects of self. These sessions aid recovery from trauma and sudden loss or change, and assist the emotional integration process after difficult experience.
